Defeated

Backstory:  I wanted to slice today, but I was feeling defeated.  I challenged two teens to reframe my thinking.  Thanks, A and E for the positive words in italics to balance my negative feelings.

  2. You can do what you need to do! Stay focused on the positive. "Let go of the thoughts that don't make you strong!" Believe!!

  3. My Thought for the Day for Michelle was: "Magic is believing in yourself. If you can do that, you can make anything happen". Keep those positive thoughts from your daughters!
